She fit right in at our small intimate family wedding

“Sienna was so personable from the beginning, showing interest and care in our story and our wedding ideas and plans… She fit right in at our small intimate family wedding and everyone had a great time taking photos with her. Sienna captured the beauty of the Maine woods, the beauty of two families coming together and all the emotions that go with both perfectly.” - Kate + Kyle

She was an expert at capturing the small moments that, in reflection, bring back the feeling and the love of the day

“Sienna was absolutely lovely to work with. I can't say I feel the most comfortable in front of a camera but she made me feel very at ease. She was an expert at capturing the small moments that, in reflection, bring back the feeling and the love of the day. Sienna has an incredible skill at being present but not intrusive, and she was effortlessly present with our family that made us feel as if she was a friend that was there to celebrate with all of us.” - Mike + Megan

Hey, I’m Sienna!

I am a documentary-style wedding photographer living in the oh-so-charming woods of Maine.

Crafting a day or weekend to celebrate your love is no small task no matter how intimate it is, and choosing how you’ll invest to create that celebration is exciting and can be so fun! You want a celebration that is true to who you are together and what you care about.

You’re looking for photographs that are genuine to you. You believe a wedding day is special as is and worthy of being documented as such. So you’re crafting a day to be special in what makes you who you are together in a place you enjoy.

Well, I HEAR you, and I am so happy (and honored) you’re here! I can’t wait to document all the hugs, tears, joy, silliness, love, and beauty that comes with being present with your people on your day.

FAQ

  • Most of my couples feel this way! Because I approach the majority of a wedding day with a very documentary eye, you (hopefully) will barely notice I’m there. When it comes to more formal portraits, I am very laid-back and encourage you to be in the moment with your person/people. It’s less about posing, and more about being present in that very moment that brings out the sweetness that is unique to you as a couple.

  • I have been photographing professionally for about 11 years! I graduated from Hallmark Institute of Photography in 2013. The first time I remember being drawn to photography and documentation in general was in a middle school history class. I thought it was fascinating to feel transported back to events in time and feel the emotion through the photographs.

  • Yes, of course! It can feel overwhelming, I know. I’m here to bounce ideas off of from the very beginning. Our very first meet + greet / date will be all about getting to know you as a couple and what is most important to you. I am your advocate to keep what’s most important to you at the forefront, no matter what!

  • No matter what we’ll make the best of it! Beautiful photographs are made in all types of weather. Plus, it’s a part of your day and your story. We’ll chat through what things could look like and come up with a back up plan.
